It all went down hill from the point of being told I couldn’t wait for my car to be seviced as promised when I made the booking As I arranged by day based on information giving.

The last call we received made us feel rushed to collect our car as the centre was closing we were not informed beforehand. Also the receptionist was already ready to leave as she had her jacket on when we arrived

Worst possible service, I was given a courtesy car that had no fuel and actually ran out of fuel within 200 meters from the bmw center!!! I had to go to petrol station and get a small fuel container to the car and top it up. bmw agent didn't care

Took ages to get an apointment with a courtesy car, then to be told i didn't have one.And not helpful with my warning lights.

After I collected the car I found that the service light was still lit.Also the invoice shows that the car was washed and vacuumed but this had not been done.

A couple of days later we called to check progress but they were having difficulties and said that they would be sending someone to our home on the following day to sort it out. If he could not visit it it would definitely be the day after that(cont)

Peter Williams was a very professional service manager with an engaging personality. He kept us up to date on progress especially as the car was not going to be ready at the end of the day One negative is the restrictive parking available in Chester

It took 3 weeks to be seen and the job was not done in a day. Also had to wait around. I was not issued an invoice for the work. I was told it would be emailed but it never was,

I had to take time out of my day to return to the garage and as the problem was their fault they should have come and picked the car up

initial appointment cancelled with poor explanation, then second one - longer than avergae waiting time to check-in and then they decided half-way through the day that they wanted to keep the car until the day after. I stood firm, said no.

I love my BMW but I hate the servicing experience; i had to wait 25 mins to check my car in for a service, why can't the keys just be taken & someone call me to ask any questions? I had someone waiting to take me home and they were late for an appt

Constant chasing up to find progress. Initially could not locate my car. In addition to not being able to find the service pack warranty that we purchased. After a fiat amount of time this was all finally located.

The time spent by the sales team to explain & discuss all my options, including re-financing, or purchasing, by balloon payment, my previous car. I did not suffer any "hard sell" tactics to purchase the new car, which I appreciated.

Overall, a good quality of service. However, the car has been set up so that I am "Driver 2", and the automatic tailgate has no proximity sensor, causing a paint chip on the day that I got it, that has only been touched up rather than resprayed.
